Comments:
Older LHP with a FB but not much command or secondary offerings. XL sized frame with long
legs and arms. Good athlete for size but struggles to field position in games. Solid, compact and
repeatable delivery. Arm action loose in back, hitters get good look at ball. Slot floats a little
which helps with deception but hurts command. FB fringy avg for lefty with some quality sink
and downhill life. Generally sits 86-89. Not much feel to approach, misses are all over the place
with FB. Will go side to side of plate with FB.  Overthrows. Nibbles too much with FB, needs to
trust it a bit more and go after guys because with his sink and heaviness FB can play better than
gun readings show. Command isn't big league caliber and at advanced age it's hard to project with
the control. SL is tweener, more of a slurve. Inconsis. depth and velocity. More downward bite
than is associated with traditional SL. Mediocre at best right now. Would like to see him develop
a CV and a CH that he is comfortable throwing, he flashed a CH but is essentially a two pitch guy
between the lines. There is simply too much work that needs to be done at an advanced age.
Should get another shot @ AA next year, I don't see him going any further.
