OF with tweener tools. Nothing stands out. Physically mature build, resembles Johnny Damon
physically. Strong in the wrists, active body. Strength doesn't work in swing. Sets up slightly
open @ plate. Doesn't let hands fly thru zone, nothing behind the ball. Swing seems passive.
Centers ball well but no juice. Never turned on anything hard. Good feel for going the other way.
Lets ball travel and sprays it to the right side. Rarely fooled. Controls strike zone well and has
quality AB's. Below avg raw pwr. GD hand eye should allow him to hit for solid avg. Slow out of
box but runs better under way, lacks true CF speed. Solid avg arm is playable in CF and LF.
Good routes and angles but below avg range makes it difficult to project him as a big league CF.
Doesn't have power to be an everyday corner OF'er. Athleticism should allow him to play 1B in a
pinch. He's a fourth OF for me, solid defensively, could get a start or two a week, value as LH bat
off bench due to ability to work count and find a way on but won't bring power.
