body. Body can't hold any more weight. Sets up with short arms tight near body. Flat line drive
swing with below avg batspd. Short arms allow him to keep hands inside ball well and helps
make up for his lack of quickness when dealing with hard stuff on the hands. Squares up bat well
but ball doesn't jump. Beatable consis. with soft stuff away. Approach needs refinement. AB's
inconsis, will battle for ten pitches in one AB and then swing first pitch and rollover on the next.
Too many tentative swings early in the count. Below avg raw power. With continued
development he should develop 40 game pwr. Mediocre runner who will end up as a clogger
down the line. fringy arm strength, solid accuracy. Makes most plays right at him but lack of
agility hurts him and he struggles to stay under control when charging hard. Hands are adequate.
Doesn't have power to play 3B down line and doesn't have the quickness to play 2B. Should take
another shot @ A ball next year in an effort to cut down on strike outs and generally be more
consis. in all aspects of his game. Profiles as an org. player.
