Younger player who can do some things. Small build similar to Esteban German. Wrong
offensive approach. Big swing from both sides of the plate. Hds. set up low and stiff @ plate
with bat standing upright. Gd hd eye coord. allows him to make solid contact. Gets hds. thru
well with some batspd. Swings wildly as he tries to jerk balls. Strong enuf that he has ill
conceived visions of blasts-enuf strength to pull ball out of park. Lacks blazing spd so he will
be best suited to stay behind the ball and move it the other way. Approach should be exploited
@ upper levels, he'll make some adjustments but not enuf to become an avg hitter. Poor
instincts on bases-runs into outs. Very light on his ft. Avg arm and range allow him to play SS
right now but lack of consis. hds will force him over to 2B. Fields deep and waits for ball, crab
hds lead to inconsis. catching. Can make an occ. athletic/body control play. Can play game a
little. Tools should allow him to get to AAA @ org. level but can't see him as a big leaguer.
