Light hitting young player who will be forced to 2B. Medium imm. frame. Narrow build won't
carry much weight. Open stance, slight crouch. Doesn't generate a lot of BS @ plate and contact
soft and inconsis. as a result. Ball doesn't jump at all. Bat swings him too much and hard stuff
underneath his hands can knock the bat out of his hands. Power is nonexistint, trouble putting ball
into gap. Saw one HR in BP entire year. May run into a bit more but will never be better than 25
pwr. Fringy runner who runs hard but shows poor instincts on bases. Feet don't play well @ SS.
Good actions, sets up well behind ball and moves through nicely but arm strength is below avg
and doesn't have desired quickness. Young, careless throwing and fielding errors, rushed throws
on balls he has no chance on and routine four hoppers clank off his glove. Doesn't have bat or
glove to hang on the left side of INF. Should head back to the Cal League next year but he needs
reps and it already is looking like he is moving towards a utility role @ the A ball level. May get a
cup of coffee @ AA level but is not a prospect.
