Older RHP who is not having success @ low level. Thick strong body. Delivery and build similar
to Kiko Calero. Creates some funk with a high lead arm that distracts and hides his face. Max
effort deliv. makes it hard to throw quality strikes. Stiff out of hand break. Slow arm. Gets on side
of all his pitches leaving everything up but gives him some life and heaviness. Generates gd sink if
is able to find that consis. H3/4 slot. Doesn't loc. FB and lacks velo to try and move up ladder.
Pulls arm up by his ear and raises slot to try and stay on top of his CV-Can throw for strikes on
some nights. Near avg velo and relativ. consis. depth. If he's having a hard time repeating his mech.
it will be inconsis. and sloppy. CH sits up in zone with some fade to the armside. Hurt by WBA
command. Doesn't put himself in gd counts to be able to use it. Doesn't miss bats and is giving up
hits. Too emotional on mound. Can prob. eat innings back @ High A level if they need an arm but
he'll be 25 next yr and won't have had a solid yr @ any level above Low A. NP.
