Comments:
Smaller lefty with chance to have two avg pitches. Med. build. Live bodied. Narrow hips. Loose
upper body. Built similar to Billy Wagner. Loads all his weight back over the rubber and stays
relaxed. Quick arm. Arm stays flexed in back, Doesn't get to full extension out front which puts
some pressure on his arm. Lands closed creating some shoulder restriction. Slot sits consis. @
H3/4. Aggressive w/avg FB. Sits up in zone. Lots of 91's. Gets on side of ball. Works middle away
mostly. Turns over FB to gain some sink on it and keep plane from flattening out. Mediocre
command of FB. Calls breaking ball a CV but it's very much a slurvy SL. Minimal feel @ release.
Bad. May find some additional consis. but it's never going to be an avg pitch as he has trouble
staying on top and repeatig his release point. CH has potential to be best pitch, solid avg. Armside
fade and sink w/gd deception. Needs to throw more strikes with it in order for it to become avg.
Walked too many day I saw him. Doesn't miss many bats but contact is relativ. soft. No breaking
ball at this point. Has a chance to be a LH specialist @ AAA level. Should be ready for AA next
yr.
