Athletic CF who can play some serious CF.Wiry build with small wrists and legs. Narrow hips
and shoulders don't provide much of a base for future gains. Built similar to Grady Sizemore.
Slappy approach takes advantage of plus spd, occ. pop to game. Load is up w/swing. Jumps
towards ball as he comes down. Comes out of swing early. Doesn't completely sq. ft up from
open stance. overall pretty solid swing, stays inside ball well and shows a gd feel for bathead.
Accept. control of strike zone, makes adjust. in AB's and shows ability to use entire field.
Commits early on offspd pitches. 40 raw power 2 best. Pretty gd sound off bat. Can put charge
into ball but can't see more than 5-8HR @ ML level. Does it very easy in CF. Great reads and
routes. Speed to get to balls and camp. Excellent first step. Very calm, balls get smoked and he
stays under control and glides to them. Pretty close to being a plus def. CF right now. Not going
to have bat to hang with offensive hethans playing CF @ ML level. Glove and contact approach
should make him a very solid 4A player who should get some big league time.
