Strong Toolsy OF. Country strong large body. Long torso. Chiseled build. Full grown. Pretty
solid swing for big man. Stays inside well. In and out of zone with bat head a bit too quick leading
to some glancing blows. Swings from his heels. Cheats with gd and bad FB. Dead red hitter.
Wants to pull. Minimal feel for going the other way. Can be exploited with soft stuff away.
Didn't see a quality swing against a breaking ball. Doesn't make adjustments in AB. 65 raw power
is mostly to pull side but there is strength up the middle as well. Is going to run into some FB but
essentially is the hitter he is with age and approach. Never really saw him turn around a plus or
better FB btw. Playing out of position in CF. Solid avg arm is playable in RF where he profiles
better defensively. Below avg runner lacks instincts. Catches everything on the move, never gets
gd enuf reads to to camp underneath a ball. Has an esp. diff. time fielding ground balls. Defense is
suited for corner or 1B and it's very hard to see bat playing at any of those positions. Old for
level despite first full yr of pro ball. Limited projection, should be pushed to see how far power
will take him. He's a good org. player for me.
