Powerful RH bat who should be a DH. Strong phys. mature build. Strong wrists and arms and
lower 1/2 that is getting heavier, body has some deadness to it. Similar to Xavier Nady. Raw
offensive tools.  Hard fast swing. Load with hands is loopy, down and slow. Load creates issues
turning on hard stuff on the inner half as he is slow to get moving and often throws lead leg out to
cheat FB. I see it more of a trigger/load issue than a batspd issue as he appears to generate solid
avg raw BS but it gets hid by his slow start. Ball explodes off bat. Sits FB and throws hds @ it.
Needs to center ball up with more consis. strength and 65 raw power allows him to hit off center
hits out. Most power is towards the middle of the field. Will never fully translate raw into usable
power but still should hit for plus power @ big league level. SL don't agree with him as he fidgets
and jumps at the sight of a quality one. Plate discipline could use some refinement. Poor runner.
Scary defensive player. Near poor arm and frightening routes in OF. Misplayed handful of balls in
handful of games. Range very limited. 1B is apparently a worse option than LF. Showed no
interest in BP on working on D, preferring to spend extra time in cage. Bat will have to carry him.
Defense is so poor that he will be forced to bench role on NL team, could flourish in DH role.
Won't be an everyday player on both sides of the ball.
