2005 Update:
Crossfire righty who needs better control. Large bodied, strong. Looks to be full grown. Slings ball
from 3/4 slot. Slot is a tick higher than last yr. Lands well across his body thus limiting his ability
to work to LH side of plate. Not a lot of deception as arm is very visible in back. Hooks wrist bad
out of glove which creates tons of tension in his forearm on up to his already cut on elbow. Quick
arm. Lively FB sits in high 80's. Heavy with life only to armside. Has some freeze to it.
Overthrows. Not much command. Can miss bats if he locates. Don't see quality strikes with any
consis. Hard slurve has a bit more vert. tilt than last yr but it doesn't do a ton for overall
effectiveness. Soft w/release, needs to throw like he's committed. Never really throws a gd one.
Velo only thing that keeps it from being a pure 3. Area command a push. Elevates WBA CH and
slows arm spd. Has very few clean innings. Hasn't improved much for me, AA as an org. arm is
prob. a more realistic projection.
