Righty with gd arm but horrible feel. Generic athletic build. 24yrs old and he looks it. No
deception in deliv. Gd balance over rubber despite big lean back. Has hard time repeating deliv.
Max effort. Back leg doesn't release with any consis. @ 88MPH it comes around low and lazy,
when he'll reach back for a 93 it whips hard over. Tilt @ top of deliv. makes it impossible for him
to stay on top and prevent ball from not only staying up in zone but sticking to his glove side.
Arm gets up right out of hand break and stays visible for entire time. While hitters get a gd look
it's a bit of an uncomft. look as even though you see it entire time you really have no idea if it's
going to come out of his ear or from a more 7/8 slot. Quick. Lively FB has near poor command.
Overthrows. Hard SL has 20 command. Inconsis. darter. Will snap off one gd one a game but
otherwise they are a long ways away. Horrible CH. Thrown with sinker velo but it doesn't sink.
No concept of backing it up-don't know what he is trying to do with it. No feel with any pitches.
Everything is hard. Doesn't throw enuf strikes to give arm strength any thought. Don't know what
outside of SL is going to improve with effort and inconsis. deliv. Pitches like a guy in SSA ball but
is older than most High A prospects. Needs to spend next yr in Low A. Arm should get him back
to High A level but only briefly.
