Stocky 1B with some hitting ability but little power. Bad body. Shorter Erubial Durazo. Dumpy
lower 1/2 with large rear and thighs. Barrel chested. Big forerarms. Aluminum bat swing. Bad bat
angle. Wraps, exag. lift and seperate guy. Hits ball with bat as opposed to swinging bat. Jumpy
load leads to lots of eye level changes. Too much going on in swing to see him hitting @ ML
level. Centers ball pretty well and ball jumps to middle of field. Doesn't pull ball like he should.
Wrap and length causes him to get jammed too much. Solid avg raw power plays down.
Approach is contact orriented. Would like to see him unload and tap into his power more. Pretty
gd feel for strike zone, occ. commits early on CH. Clogger. Fringy arm, with poor A/A. Feet play
ok on D, hds short. Won't be embarassment but far from standout with glove. Power doesn't
profile @ first and he lacks athleticism to play elsewhere. Looks like a solid AAA player.
